Orders and Shipping

What are my shipping options?

We offer worldwide shipping! You choose your preferred shipping rate  at checkout, we currently offer services through USPS, UPS, and DHL.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped 1-2 weeks once confirmed. You will receive an email and/or text notification when the order has dropped off at the post office.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery will vary based on the shipping rate you chose at checkout and the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays and/or delays due to customs.

What if I never received my order?

Oh no! That's never good, 

 If the order had tracked shipping: Email contact@pintamar.com. We will try to help locate your package through the carrier you chose at checkout.

If the order did not have tracked shipping: We sadly don’t have a way of tracking a package without a tracking number. We highly recommend choosing a tracked shipping method at checkout to ensure that your mail arrives safely and/or that you can track it if problems arise. For clarity, we only offer non-trackable (aka stamped) shipping on stickers and small stationary orders, all other orders should have tracked shipping.

Pintamar releases all liabilities for package(s) upon drop off at the carrier's office.

How often are your online releases?

We have releases every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month. Any changes to this schedule are announced on our Instagram.

How do I take care of my art?

Our delicate items like earrings, tote bags, and mugs have care tips in the product description.

Where are you based out of?

North Carolina, USA.

Where are the products made?

Most of our products are handmade with a whole a lotta love in NC. And, we also offer a wide collection of products made by artists and creatives we admire. You can find artist details in the item descriptions.

If I saw a product at a market, could I buy it online?

Not always, we sometimes take exclusive items to markets that aren’t available online. We also like to keep some market stock separate from online inventory. Your best bet is to send us a DM, if you cannot find it online, and if it’s in stock we’ll create a custom order for you to checkout through our website.

I have a great idea for a custom! Can I send it to you?

We are not currently  accepting customs. We’ll announce any changes on our social media.

How do I contact you if my question isn’t answered here?
