  • What are my shipping options?
 Worldwide shipping! You get to choose from our shipping options at checkout, we currently offer services through USPS, UPS, and DHL.
  • When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped 1-2 weeks once confirmed. Customer will receive an email and/or text notification when order has been fulfilled and dropped off at carrier's office.

Processing and delivery times can change due to COVID-19. We are not responsible for carrier delays and/or delays due to customs.

     

    • What do I do if I never received my order?

    Oh no! That's never good,

    • If order has tracked shipping: Email contact@pintamar.com. I’ll try to help locate your package with the carrier you chose at checkout. However, Pintamar releases all liabilities once package(s) are dropped off at carrier's office.
    • If order does not have tracked shipping: I have no way of tracking a package once it’s been dropped off if it doesn’t have tracking. I highly recommend choosing a tracked shipping method at checkout to ensure that your mail arrives and/or that you can track it if problems arise. 
    • Where are you located?

    • Where are the products made?
    All products are homemade with love, from my creative mind to you.
    • I have a great idea for a custom! Can I send it to you?

    I am currently not accepting customs. If/when I am, I will announce it on my social media with available spots and updated services
