- When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped 5-7 days after it is confirmed. Customer will receive an email and/or text notification when order has been fulfilled and dropped off at carrier's office.
Made to order products take longer than the 5-7 days implemented for ready to sell products since they have to be crafted with time and love. However, all customers will still receive an email when their order is fulfilled.
This range may be impacted when we have a large number of orders but we work our hardest to get orders your way as quickly as we can
Processing and delivery times can change due to COVID-19. We are not responsible for carrier delays and/or delays due to customs.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
Oh oh! That's never good,
- If order has tracked shipping: Contact us at email@example.com. We will help try to locate your package with the carrier you chose at checkout. However, Pintamar releases all liabilities once package(s) are dropped off at carrier's office.
- If order does not have tracked shipping: Once package is dropped off with carriers (i.e. USPS) we sadly have no way to track its location as it is classified as letter mail (aka using stamps). We highly recommend paying for tracking on all orders to ensure that your happy mail gets to you or that we can track it down if something arrives.

I am currently not accepting customs. If/when I am, I will announce it on my social media with available spots and updated services
